First Crypto ETF (FCTF) is a fund with a unique platform, using blockchain technology and our proprietary authorized engine, which perfectly manages digital assets. It acquires a basket of crypto currencies to a portfolio. Against this portfolio are issued tradable tokens, which can be bought or sold on crypto exchanges, peer-to-peer platforms and other venues. It all happens in real time, all around the world. The price of the tokens tracks the value of the coins in the portfolio, and it’s traceable thanks to blockchain technology. At the moment, First Crypto ETF (FCTF) is not available for citizens of the United States of America due to local regulation. Also for any company or citizen/permanent resident of the jurisdiction where the purchase of FCTF tokens is illegal, restricted or requires specialized accreditation.

Michal served as the Chief Pension Economist at Slovakia’s Labour Ministry, overseeing a major overhaul of country’s pension system. In addition, he manages several private portfolios for his clients, focusing on the US equity market. As a passionate Python developer, he co-organizes Bratislava Python Meetups. He is also the Chief Economist and Strategist with The Benchmark Research & Consultancy, a Bratislava-based analytics firm.

Volodymyr is an attorney, CEO and founder of SyntaxLaw with more than 10-year experience with foreign clients and state authorities focusing on IT, AML and regulatory issues. He has good understanding of regulatory framework and comprehensive legal experience in liaising with regulatory/law enforcement authorities on various IT & cryptocurrency legal matters. As a member of supervisory board with strong ability to evaluate complicated legal and financial data, he regularly advised shareholders and UBO’s on anti-money laundering issues, sanity checks, potential legal risks of commercial operations, their likelihood, interrelationships and potential compounding effects of those risks.
Miro has more than 15 years of business experience in Asian markets. He is the managing director of Woody & Stevenson, a consulting firm in Hong Kong integrating high-calibre professionals to advise Asian and European clients on investments, tax, auditing and project management. He worked as a main information technology advisor at the Ministry of Interior in Europe. In 2005, he started Hong Kong-based Solatronic corporation that focuses on nurturing new technologies. Miro has published more than five hundred articles and analyses ranging from international politics to science and technology. He holds master’s degree in journalism from Comenius University and GradD in computer science from Central Queensland University in Sydney.
Roman is a high-calibre professional with expertise in investments, mergers & acquisitions, valuations, corporate transactions and due diligence. His career spans two decades of advising prominent international clients in Central Europe. In 2009, he successfully advised the government to seal a 1.2 billion euro investment into a highway section. This transaction was awarded the Project Finance Deal of the Year by Project Finance Magazine. Roman has been involved in most of the recent large transactions in Central Europe, including privatisations of the large insurance company Slovenská poisťovňa, an oil/gas distributor Transpetrol,/Slovenský plynárenský priemysel, Airport Bratislava, and a national freight train operator ZSSK Cargo. He participated in acquisition of Czech Telecom by Telefonica, acquisition of VSZ by US Steel, sale of large tire producer Matador, sale of a brewery Topvar, and establishment of a nuclear power plant joint venture between Javys and ČEZ. Roman acts as a managing director for the Limerock Fund Manager, an investment fund in Central Europe.
Vladimir is a respected expert in banking and financial markets. He started his career as a broker at the Management Consulting Services brokerage and later served as a financial markets analyst at the VUB Invest. Most recently he serves on the Government Bank Restructuring and Recapitalization Commission in Slovakia. Vladimir earned his master’s degree from Moscow State University of Lomonosov, Russia, and his PhD from the University of Economics, Institute of Forecasting, the Slovak Academy of Science.
